Meet Dr. Michael

Dr. Alvin Michael, certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, was born and raised in Mesquite, TX and attended Poteet High School.

He has a large extended family and was inspired to become a dentist after shadowing a cousin who is a general dentist.  He went on to graduate from Austin College in Sherman with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration before completing dental school at Texas A&M College of Dentistry in June 2021. Dr. Kuba, an adjunct professor at the dental college, immediately recognized Dr. Michael’s talent and devotion to patient care – qualities that she knew would make him a perfect fit for the CDCI team! – and invited him to join our staff of outstanding pediatric dental providers.

Dr. Michael has always enjoyed working with children, especially while coaching youth sports. In his free time, Dr. Michael enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, golfing, and fishing. He also speaks Malayalam!
