It is that time again! Summer vacation is winding down and students are getting ready to head back to school. The start of a new school year means getting back into a routine, meeting new friends and packing healthy lunches!
Packing lunches that include fruits, vegetables and water will help keep your children’s teeth and body healthy. Protect your child’s overall health by steering away from foods and drinks high in sugar (ex: lollipops, gummy snacks, cookies, soda, juices, flavored milk and sports drinks). Eating healthy foods and drinking water will enable your child to concentrate and learn at school. Let’s make this school year a healthy one for your children!
Our office neighbors these school districts, and we thought it would be helpful to share their school supply lists.
